Accu-Chek 360° View Blood Glucose Analysis System

Meet Dr. Berry...

I'm an Internal Medicine physician who has been practicing for 12 years. I practice in a metropolitan area and am a part of a healthcare network that includes three hospitals, 12 primary care physician offices and several specialty groups. My staff includes two nurses, four medical assistants, two clinical/administrative personnel and a Physicians Assistant. I currently see about 300 patients with diabetes, most of which have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

I need a better way to request and review glucose results. Too often, my patients present a logbook with a handful of test results-but the tests are too inconsistent or too isolated to provide a good perspective on their glycaemic control.

I need test results that can quickly reveal problem areas in glucose control and help me determine the optimal therapeutic approach.

Dr. Berry needs...

  • Structured SMBG results to help pinpoint glycaemic abnormalities
  • A reliable review approach to streamline therapy decisions
  • A tool to help my patients become more engages in their diabetes management.

Introducing the Accu-Chek 360º View blood glucose analysis system...

  • Paper-based structured testing tool to organize SMBG activity
  • Patients test 7 times a day-before and after meals and bedtime-for 3 days, providing a comprehensive glycaemic profile
  • Recommended 4-step pattern management approach streamlines identification of glycaemic abnormalities and therapy decisions.
